Before seeking admission, the applicant must go through all Rules and Regulations of the college very carefully.
Fee and any other charges once paid will in no case be refunded or adjusted or transferred whatever circumstance may arise.
Any dispute will be subject to decision of the Management and shall be binding upon the students and parents.
Selected candidates will have to pay the fee annually as prescribed by the Govt. at the time of admission. The details are as below:

The examination fee, registration fee, library fee, laboratory charges, printing charge and any other fee will be charged separately as and when notified.
Total fee for each year as cited above is to be paid in one installment only. Fee once paid to the college is not refundable or transferable.
All payments are to be made by Demand Draft payable at Srinagar in favour of "Director, Royal Polytechnic College" or BHIM / UPI or by cash in the office of the college or at any authorized sub-centre by Demand Draft only.
Student should deposit their 2nd / 3rd year fee on due date as fixed by the college authorities failing which a fine of Rs. 500/- per day will be charged after due date upto 10 days.
If a student still fails to deposit his fee & fine during the stipulated time, he/she shall have to seek re-admission.
